One source of truth
The defining idea of WorkSquares is that every module reads and writes the same records. There is no nightly sync between separate apps and no copy‑pasting between tools — there is one platform.
Shared masters
Section titled “Shared masters”A few core records are shared across the whole suite:
- Accounts / customers — CRM, CPQ, Billing and Accounts all point at the same customer.
- Contacts — the people at those accounts.
- Products & items — one product master, sold in CPQ, stocked in Inventory and invoiced in Billing.
How work flows
Section titled “How work flows”A single customer moves across modules without re‑keying:
CRM lead → convert → Account + Deal Deal → CPQ Quote → accepted Quote → Billing Invoice → Payment Invoice + Payment → Accounts (general ledger)Because each step references the previous record, your reports agree: the deal in CRM, the quote in CPQ, the invoice in Billing and the revenue in Accounts are all the same sale.
Tenancy
Section titled “Tenancy”Each company is a single workspace (tenant). Every query is scoped to your workspace, so your data is isolated from every other customer’s.
