Quickstart — lead to paid invoice

This quickstart follows a single customer across four modules to show how the suite connects. It assumes you have a workspace (see Getting started).

In CRM → Leads, create a lead for Acme Corp. Qualify and convert it — this creates an account, a contact and a deal, all linked.

From the deal, create a quote in CPQ. Add products from your price book, apply a discount, and send it for approval. Once approved, share it for e‑signature.

When the quote is accepted, raise an invoice in Billing against the same account. Record the payment when it arrives.

The invoice and payment post automatically to the general ledger in Accounts. Open the trial balance or P&L — the numbers already reflect the sale, with no re‑keying.
